Meet the Adventurers

Meet the passionate individuals behind REAP - a diverse team united by the thrill of adventure and a commitment to ride, respect, and restore.

The Riding Engineer

Aniwas Lama Tamang

Meet Aniwas Lama Tamang, our riding maestro from Namchi, Sikkim, and an Executive Engineer with the Government of Sikkim. A biking enthusiast since 2016, Aniwas navigates power circuits by day and conquers winding roads with finesse as a dedicated REAP member for a year. His symphony is "Ride, Respect, Restore," where riding is an art form—a dance between man and machine. Aniwas, when not on the road or in power circuits, enjoys phoneography and is a proud pet parent to his furry friend, Bhalu, the dog. Join Aniwas in the exhilarating REAP journey!

The Exploring Maverick

Bhupen Rana

Meet Bhupen Rana, also known as Rana, a dedicated member of REAP hailing from Sikkip, Kamling, Sikkim. Bhupen, an Executive Engineer with the Government of Sikkim, has been a part of REAP since its inception, embarking on thrilling journeys from Sikkim to Ladakh, Pokhara, Mustang, Kathmandu, Nepal, and the Northeast of India. Married with one child, Bhupen's adventure extends beyond riding; it's about respecting the machine, the journey, and restoring the environment with a pure soul. For him, adventure riding is a refreshing break from life's challenges, where the engine's roar creates a symphony of pleasure. Join Bhupen in the REAP journey, where every ride is an emotion, and every member is family.

The Adventure Enthusiast

Bikash Diyali

Meet Bikash, the adrenaline junkie from Sikkim who breathes adventure. He's not just an avid rider but a dedicated family man, balancing the thrill of the road with the warmth of family bonds. Bikash, working as a Joint Director with the Government of Sikkim, holds a master’s degree in computer science. As a husband, father, and explorer, Bikash is at home on both the open road and in the heart of his family. Join him in the REAP journey as we ride, respect, and restore together!

The Road Wanderer

Nabin Thapa

Meet Nabin Thapa, our road wanderer at REAP. Riding since 2006, he prioritizes safety and family values both on and off the road. By day, he navigates the realms of Sikkim Commercial Taxes as a Computer Operator with the Government of Sikkim, holding a master’s degree in Travel and Tourism Management. Nabin's favorite ride? The India Ride 2018, spanning 9000 kms, and he's also a proud Royal Enfield Classic rider. For him, "Ride, Respect, Restore" is a lifestyle, and he envisions REAP not just as bikers but as social workers and environment protectors.
